The annex provided a comfortable stay, with clean, well-maintained rooms and a delicious breakfast featuring delightful french fries. The staff stood out, especially Rajesh, who went above and beyond in organizing transportation and ensuring everything was in order. The location made exploring the area easy, but the road noise at night was a bit disruptive, and some areas felt slightly crowded. Nonetheless, the attentive service made up for any minor drawbacks.

We had an incredible time exploring the nearby Gateway to India, and the kids loved the bustling atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making our stay enjoyable. Our Club Heritage Room was spacious, perfect for our family, including my niece!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights, and we had a superb experience! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Roshan who assisted in arranging tours around the city's highlights. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, with major attractions like the Gateway of India and Marine Drive within walking distance. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was diverse and satisfying. The only downside was the noise coming from the street outside, but that did not significantly detract from our stay.

The hotel benefits from an excellent location near major train stations, making it easy to explore the bustling city. Rooms feature clean bathrooms with nice trimmings. There's a great selection of breakfast options including Indian cuisine and eggs cooked to order.

The Deluxe Double Room felt cramped with limited space to open luggage, and the oddly positioned pedestal basin in the bathroom could pose difficulties for guests with mobility issues. Additionally, one evening there were unexpected knocks at the door, contributing to an unsettling atmosphere at night.
